Paradoxical psoriasiform reactions to anti-TNFα drugs in hidradenitis suppurativa

Paradoxical psoriasiform reactions to anti-tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) agents occur with an incidence of 0.3 to 5.6% in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases and rheumatic diseases.
