To extend the reach of psychological care to patients identified via the IMPARTS screening process, we are developing a portfolio of bespoke self-help materials, tailored to specific physical health conditions.

The IMPARTS self-help portfolio will include resources on a range of issues related to physical and psychological health and functioning: depression in rheumatology, anxiety, stress, sleep hygiene, needle phobia,  pain management, breathlessness, activity scheduling, alcoholism and problem drinking, understanding mind-body interaction, living with Irritable Bowel Disease, living with health problems, and problem-solving. The materials will be tailored to specific physical health conditions to help patients cope better in the context of their particular condition.

The materials provided below are available to download and use for free, however it is helpful for us to know where they are being used.
